Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable)

Items purchased within the last 28 days are eligible for return and have all tags attached.  Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note if you have used any discount code then this will be non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return and return costs are non-refundable.

We would advise using a tracked or signed service and keeping your receipt as this is your proof of postage. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items purchased more than 28 days ago are not eligible for return.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 28 days, first check your bank account then make contact with your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Faulty and Incorrect Items

Please contact us at if you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item.

On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged by your postal service, please inform us within 48 hours by email to, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.

Please note refunds are only eligible within 28 days of receipt. Your item must be deemed faulty within 30 days at the discretion of whinnysandwaggles. We are happy to offer an exchange for the faulty or incorrect item within this time frame.

Please be aware that any general wear and tear will not be deemed as a fault. Products that feature gripping systems may have the system fade over time due to rubbing when in the saddle however this would not be classed as a fault.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Please return your product to the correct returns address found below be sure to Include your original order number and contact details. If you are exchanging, please include the details of the new product you require. Should the item be out of stock, a member of our customer services team will contact you.
